Seating Plan – Access Information
Seating plan arrangements
A2: space reserved for wheelchair users (please note this is a space where a wheelchair can be placed, not a seat)
A3: companion seat to the wheelchair space
A4 and A5: front row seats reserved for users with limited mobility
These seats are reserved on the seating plan, but can be booked online by customers with access requirements.
How to book the wheelchair space and access seats online
On the top right corner of the website (on any page), click on account:
Log in to your customer account.
Click on the Other Preferences Tab:
Tick the access requirement(s) that apply to you.
If you are a CEA cardholder, tick the box next to “I have a CEA card”.
Press Save.
Then navigate to a film booking page. If the access seats you can book online based on your access requirements are available, you will be able to select them on the seating plan and proceed to your booking.
You only have to update your Access Requirements once. Next time you book tickets online, remember to log in to your customer account before navigating to a film booking page.
How to claim your free companion ticket
A free ticket is available for a person accompanying a customer who is Disabled and/or holds a CEA card.
First you need to make sure that your access requirements are set up on your customer account (please refer to the step by step guide above). We recommend doing this before booking tickets. You only have to update your access requirements once. Next time you book tickets online, the free ticket will apply automatically once you are logged in if all the eligibility criteria are met.
To book tickets, navigate to a screening page and select seats on the seating plan.
On the next page, select the “Full Price” or “Over 60” ticket type for at least 2 tickets and then proceed to the basket.
If you book two tickets or more for one screening, one of the tickets will be automatically discounted to free once you reach the checkout page.
